Refund Policy – Ellis Studio
At Ellis Studio, each customised product is uniquely made to order based on the specifications provided by our customers. For this reason, we have the following refund policy in place:
Customised & Personalised Products
All customised, personalised, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes products that feature custom text, names, images, logos, colours, or any design approved by the customer before production.
Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, as the item cannot be resold or reused.
Order Approval Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all details (including spelling, design choices, colours, and sizing) are correct at the time of order confirmation. Ellis Studio is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a customised item that is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
In such cases, Ellis Studio will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds will only be considered if a replacement is not possible.
Shipping Issues
Ellis Studio is not responsible for delays caused by courier services. However, if your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assist.
