Order & Shipping Enquiries For delivery questions, tracking updates, or order assistance: Email: support@ellisstudio.co.za Subject line: “Order / Shipping Query” We will check your order status and get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns & Replacements If your item arrived defective or damaged, we’re here to help. Send a clear photo or short video of the issue. Include your order number. Email everything to support@ellisstudio.co.za . Once your request is approved, we will provide the correct return address (Courier Guy / PUDO / Aramex). Please do not send any item back without approval, as it may be rejected or lost.

24–48 working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays)

Where are we Based: Ellis Studio is an online custom sublimation brand based in Gauteng, South Africa. We operate digitally and ship nationwide. We do not offer walk-in collections at this time.
